Fall fly fishing
is
possibly the best time of the year to fish our waters; cool days,
the aspens are changing, steady insect hatches and trout on the fly.
Fall also marks the time of year when Will along with a couple
other steelie bums head
north
in
pursuit of elusive steelhead on the fabled waters of the Kispiox,
Babine, Bulkley, Copper and other secret streams in BC. Operations
will continue here in the Southwest with fantastic angling on the
San Juan, Animas,
mountain creeks, Root Pond and Dolores.

Early
winter angling
is just about here. Consider
spending a little time this winter on the San Juan, Animas or a snowshoe
and fish guided trip on a small creek. We have great snow for the
skiers and boarders as well as top-notch winter angling. Drop us
a line for
more info or to book your 2006 fly fishing vacation with Animas Valley
Anglers.

what
a great season...thanks to you all!
Ok,
we know the season is far from over, because we do have some of the
best fall and winter fly fishing in the USA, but we just wanted to
say thanks to all of you who helped
make this the best season yet. Keep in touch and come for a visit
this fall, winter and spring.
If
you have friends that you think might enjoy these updates, please
drop us their email and we'll get them on the list. As always,
we will guard our email list with our life and will not share
it with anyone. Hopefully these
monthly snippets won't be too much of a distraction, but should
you
find that
we're clogging your in-box with unwanted fishing blogs,
type us at e-mail message and
we'll take you off the list.
Cheers,
Chris, Will, Rick, Josh, Tim, Marc, Charlie and
