Winter Fly Fishing
Fishing
has been fantastic the past couple weeks on both the Animas
and San Juan. Day time temps have been in the 40's
and 50's making for comfortable angling and active
trout. The Animas is flowing crystal clear and the midges are popping
big time. The Juan is flowing around 350 cfs and is clear-green.
Fish are eating midges, BWOs' and junk patterns. Book now for
a fantastic winter fly fishing adventure. specials | 2006

Bookings and Predictions
We are
taking reservations for winter angling as well as the rest of the
season. If the winter fishing is any indication, we are looking at
a fantastic
season here in the Southwest. Ignore rumors
of
drought
and
dry
rivers; the
snow
pack
looks to be
around
45 to 60 percent
of normal and our wettest winter months are just around the corner.
Please drop us a line, we would love to hear from you all. |
Will's
fall steelhead trip
was a success! He was not eaten by a grizzly, so look forward to
another year with him on the oars. Stay tuned for more photos from
this
years trip.
