If
it swims,
we'll
cast to it. Over the years our passion for fly fishing has
put us into some interesting situations
casting
to some pretty interesting fish. Our adventures have paired
us up toe to toe with world record sized steelhead from the
Skeena system
in north-central British Columbia, to tarpon in Belize, to
bonefish and permit in Ascension Bay. One of our favorite
locations is in north-central Canada at Babine
Norlakes Steelhead Camp. The other is Casa Blanca and Playa
Blanca south of Cancun. Want to step up your
trout fishing? Consider casting dries to large grumpy brown
trout in New Zealand. The best part
about these destinations
is the
ease of travel in addition to some of the best fly fishing
in the world.
Animas
Valley Anglers and adventure travel
It has taken a long time for us to find the best steelhead, saltwater and giant
brown trout destinations. In so many cases our adventures were logistical nightmares.
On numerous treks to the tropics we have found our selves on buses, pongas, ferries,
water taxis, and chicken trucks all in one trip. It was fun, the adventure
of it and all, but we know you don't need all these distractions. Just getting
your
schedule cleared and the time away from the office is hard enough. We have done
the dirty work making worry-free travel for you, your fishing partners or family.

Hosted
trips
are fishing adventures that your AvA guides help to arrange, and
then accompany you on the journey as a host and friend.
We
will
be
there
at the
lodge with you enjoying the fishing as well as telling fish
tales at the end of the day over dinner and drinks. We are right
there to
oversee that your trip is going well and help out in the rare
event there is a problem. We will help with gear, tackle and any
other logistical matters so you can sit back and enjoy your vacation.
As hosts, we also act as your personal liaison to the staff and
guide crew at the lodge. These trips are made possible through
our connections and personal relationships with the owners, staff
and guides at Babine Norlakes Steelhead Camp, Casa Blanca and Playa
Blanca lodges as well as fly fishing adventures in New Zealand.
There are absolutely no additional costs for booking a hosted trip.
Non
hosted trips
are excursions that we can help to arrange to any of our key
destinations or anywhere else you have been dreaming
to
fish
around
the globe.

be there in person, we will certainly join you in sprit. At our
main destinations; Casa Blanca,
Playa
Blanca
and Babine Norlakes we will help book your week from start
to finish. We will work directly with either the lodge owner or
their
managers and booking staff to make
your
booking
easy
and worry free.
For
any other destination, be it Alaska, Mongolia or any were in
between we will get you set
